Q.- Does the bus depart everyday or only in selected days during the week?
A.- Bus Line Transportation is offered daily throughout the whole year.
Q.- Is there any other bus departing from Orlando aside from the one at 12:00 p.m.?
A.- Yes, we have additional departures at 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. from 7536 Universal Blv (Corner to Carrier Dr), Orlando FL, 32819.
Q.- What's the duration of the trip?
A.- All Tour Transportation is pleased to announce that our trips have an interval of only 4 hours approximately each way (during normal conditions). Please be aware that external circumstances could and may affect the time.
Q.- How many luggages are allowed inside the bus?
A.- A limit of 2 luggages plus 1 carry on is allowed per passenger/per trip. An amount of $15 is charged per additional item.
Q.- Does the bus stop during the trip?
A.- The bus makes an intermediary stop for 15-20 minutes at Fort Pierce Service Plaza on the Florida Turnpike. At All Tour Transportation our commitment is to deliver a fast yet safe transportation service. All passengers must comply with these 15-20 minutes in order to follow the schedule.
Q.- Are the pick-ups and drop-offs ever late?
A.- Our services are provided with professionalism and speed nevertheless traffic situations may delay the schedule for a short period of time.
Q.- Is it possible to reschedule a round trip date?
A.- Once the reservation has been placed and paid online no refunds are given. If for any reason you may need to reschedule, you may call 24 hours before to do so. After 24 hours the round trips are non-refundable.
Q.- Are pets allowed inside the bus?
A.- For the comfort, consideration and safety of our passengers pets are not allowed in our buses.
Q.- Is it possible to arrange an online free quote for van/shuttle services?
A.- It is possible to arrange an online free quote for the many services we provide. However, it is recommendable to communicate with us for these matters.
Q.- What's the capacity of the motor coaches?
A.- Our motor coaches have a capacity of 56 seats.
Q.- Does the All Tour Transportation offer services outside the state of Florida?
A.- AllTour Transportation offers services in all states within the continental U.S. territory.
